Please allow between 5-7 working days for your order to arrive (UK mainland). International customers will have to allow 10-14 working days, due to processing time. Please bare in mind time could differ depending on your country's customs procedures.
If more than 14 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
TCR's policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The costs of return are not covered by TCR therefore we suggest using a tracked method of postage to ensure it gets to us safely as we unfortunately can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Unfortunately we do not process exchanges. If you purchased an item from our store and would like a different colour or size, a new order will need to be placed. You will then need to send the item back to us (please see our 'Returns' section above for guidance on how to return). One we have received the original item(s), a refund will be issued within 3-4 business days.
